Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase! Should you find your candle is, in some way, defective or, if your item arrives in less than perfect condition due to shipping damage, we will send a free replacement.

Defective Candle

If, after burning the candle according to the instructions provided, you’ve found the candle to be defective, you may receive a replacement. The defective candle must be returned to Silver Moon Offerings so that we can determine the cause of the defect. A free return shipping label will be provided via email. Once we receive the defective candle, we will send a replacement. Please fill out the form below.

Items Damaged in Shipping

If your item arrives in less than perfect condition, we will send a free replacement.
Please follow the steps below to submit a replacement request.

  1. Take photos of the damaged shipping package (if applicable.)

  2. Take photos of the damaged item(s). We will not replace items without photos. Each damaged item must have its own photo. Please attach the photos to an email and send them to info@silvermoonofferings.com along with your name and/or order number.

  3. Fill in the form below. Once we receive your request, you will receive a confirmation by email that your replacement(s) are being processed.
